Role Overview

We are hiring for our ERP Support team to manage and support our Logistics ERP system across branches — covering technical support, user management, system monitoring, training, reporting, and barcode-based tracking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-level to advanced-level ERP technical support and resolve user queries/tickets across branches
- Monitor ERP system performance and proactively identify/resolve technical issues
- Coordinate with development team for bug fixes, enhancements, and new feature rollout
- Set up and maintain user roles, permissions, and workflow configurations
- Conduct ERP training sessions and provide user support/handholding to branch staff
- Support daily logistics operations and accounting workflows on ERP
- Perform/support software testing before production deployment
- Integrate and troubleshoot third-party APIs (e.g., E-Way Bill)
- Generate and share Pending POD, Unbilled Reports,



and daily user performance reports etc
- Maintain documentation of user creation/modification/deletion requests
- Oversee barcode system setup and ensure smooth barcode-based tracking across operations
- Review barcode-related issue resolution and vendor/technical coordination Escalate unresolved bugs/technical issues to senior management
- Support management with operational reports, dashboards, and analytics

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in ERP Support (logistics industry preferred)
- Positive communication, problem-solving & multitasking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
