Position: Dialysis Technician / GNM / ANM
Salary: 11,000 – 12,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and operate dialysis machines as per prescribed protocols.
- Prepare patients before dialysis and check vital signs.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
- Assist with vascular access and dialysis procedures as per qualification and supervision.
- Identify and immediately report any complications or changes in the patient's condition.
- Maintain proper infection-control, sterilization, and hygiene practices.
- Clean, disinfect, and maintain dialysis equipment as per unit protocol.
- Maintain dialysis records, patient charts, registers, and treatment documentation.




- Coordinate with the nephrologist, doctors, nurses, and other dialysis staff.
- Provide basic patient education and emotional support.
- Follow hospital safety policies and emergency procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the dialysis unit.

Eligibility

- GNM / ANM from a recognized institute.
- Candidates with Dialysis Technician/Dialysis Technology training or experience will be preferred.
- Valuable communication and patient-care skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.

Salary: 11,000 – 12,000/month
