Job Summary

SAP Project Manager – Logistics (Hands-on Implementation)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong hands-on implementation expertise in SAP Logistics modules (SD/MM/LE/WM/EWM) . The role involves managing end-to-end SAP programs while actively contributing to solution design and ensuring successful delivery of S/4HANA/ECC projects.

Experience

- 12–18 years overall experience
- 8+ years in SAP Logistics domain
- 4–6 years in Project/Program Management role

Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle implementations

Location & Band

- Location: Noida / Bangalore (Hybrid/Onsite as required)

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery (planning, execution, go-live, hypercare)
- Manage scope, timelines, budget, and resource planning
- Drive implementation and rollout of SAP Logistics modules (SD/MM/LE/WM/EWM)
- Act as a bridge between functional, technical, and business teams
- Provide hands-on solution guidance in logistics processes (OTC, P2P, Warehousing, Shipping)




- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate / Agile / Waterfall methodologies
- Manage risks, issues, and escalations
- Conduct stakeholder communication & governance reviews
- Support integration with FI, PP, TM, and external systems

Skill Requirements

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in:
- - SAP SD / MM / LE / WM / EWM (at least 1–2 core modules)
- End-to-end logistics process design & configuration

- Proven track record of leading SAP implementations (E2E lifecycle)
- Experience in S/4HANA transformation programs / AMS delivery
- Knowledge of integration touchpoints across SAP modules
- Familiarity with cutover planning, data migration, and testing cycles

Other Requirements

Preferred

- S/4HANA implementation experience
- Certification in SAP / PMP / Prince2 / Agile
- Exposure to global rollout and AMS engagements

Soft Skills

- Strong leadership and team management
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities
