About the Role

Vineyard Infra Realcon LLP is looking for a result-oriented Meta Ads Expert / Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our digital lead-generation campaigns for residential apartments, plots, and real-estate projects in Dehradun.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience with Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Ads Manager) and understand how to generate, optimize, and convert real-estate leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) advertising campaigns
- Generate qualified leads for real-estate projects
- Manage Lead Generation, WhatsApp and conversion campaigns
- Create and test different ad creatives, audiences, copy and offers
- Monitor CPL, CTR, CPM, lead quality and conversion performance
- Optimize campaigns to reduce CPL and improve lead quality
- Manage Meta Pixel, Events, Conversions API and tracking where applicable
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
- Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns
- Coordinate with the sales team to track lead quality and conversions
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports
- Suggest new digital marketing strategies for increasing site visits and property sales
- Manage Instagram/Facebook content and assist with social-media growth

Candidate Requirements

- 1–4 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Digital Marketing




- Proven experience running paid campaigns on Facebook & Instagram
- Real-estate marketing experience will be an advantage
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager and Ads reporting
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions
- Good knowledge of Canva/Photoshop or similar creative tools is preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Must be comfortable working from the office in Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun
- Candidates who have independently managed advertising budgets and generated leads will be preferred

Performance Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month

Additional Performance Incentives based on:

- Qualified lead generation
- Cost-per-lead performance
- Site visits generated
- Sales/conversions from digital campaigns
- Overall campaign performance
