URGENT REQUIREMENT | TALENT ACQUISITION LEAD
Position: Talent Acquisition Lead
Employment: Full time | On-site
Experience: 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
Location: Kinfra Technopark, Kakkanchery, Calicut
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
* Headhunt and identify prominent candidates for key requirements
* Manage recruitment timelines and achieve hiring targets
* Lead and coordinate the recruitment team
* Ensure adherence to defined SOPs and recruitment processes
* Support team learning, development and performance
* Contribute to team building and the growth of the organization
