E-Commerce Manager – Etsy (Marketplace)

About the Role

RMC Collection is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to independently manage and grow our Etsy shop. You'll own everything from listing optimization to advertising performance to overall sales strategy — this is a hands-on role for someone who understands the Etsy platform inside and out and knows how to turn data into growth.

Key Responsibilities

Listing & Shop Management

- Create, optimize, and maintain Etsy product listings — titles, tags, descriptions, and attributes
- Manage product variations, categories, and shop sections
- Ensure high-quality product photography and visual presentation for listings
- Maintain shop policies, About section, and overall shop branding

SEO & Growth

- Conduct keyword and competitor research to improve Etsy search ranking
- Optimize listings using Etsy SEO best practices (titles, tags, categories)
- Develop strategies to grow organic traffic, favorites, and sales
- Monitor trends and identify new product opportunities on Etsy

Advertising & Promotions

- Plan and manage Etsy Ads campaigns to maximize visibility and ROI
- Track key metrics — CTR, conversion rate, ROAS
- Plan sales, coupons, and seasonal promotions to drive traffic and orders

Operations & Customer Experience

- Manage inventory planning and ensure stock availability
- Monitor and respond to customer messages and reviews promptly
- Coordinate order fulfillment and shipping timelines
- Monitor shop health, ratings,



and resolve any listing or account issues
- Track competitor pricing, listings, and promotions

Reporting & Collaboration

- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with explicit insights
- Work with our design and content team on product photography and listing visuals
- Identify and pitch new opportunities to scale our products on Etsy

Candidate Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing an Etsy shop
- Strong working knowledge of Etsy Seller Dashboard
- Practical experience running Etsy Ads
- Solid understanding of Etsy SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace reports
- Analytical, performance-driven mindset
- Good written English
- Able to take full ownership of the shop with minimal supervision

Bonus: Experience in home décor, rugs, carpets, furniture, textiles, handmade, or vintage/lifestyle products.
