Key Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with marketplace and retail partners such as Nykaa Fashion, AJIO, Myntra, Tata CliQ, Broadway, Pick Your Kicks, and other multi-brand stores.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for marketplace accounts and partner communications.
- Manage product catalog listings, inventory updates, stock replenishment, and product visibility.
- Coordinate order processing, returns, exchanges, and operational requirements across platforms.
- Monitor sales performance, stock availability, settlements, and marketplace reports.
- Analyze marketplace insights and recommend actions to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams including merchandising, logistics, and customer support to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve account performance and enhance brand presence across partner channels.
- Maintain accurate reports and track key performance metrics.

Requirements

- 2-4 years of experience in marketplace operations, e-commerce, account management, or retail partnerships.
- Experience working with fashion,



lifestyle, or D2C brands is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Nykaa Fashion, AJIO, Myntra, Tata CliQ, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar marketplaces.
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned accounts.
- Passion for fashion and e-commerce.
