Cook (Vegetarian – Nagarathar Style)
Job Description – Home Cook
Role: Home cook specializing in vegetarian Chettinad/Nagarathar cuisine
Meals Required: [Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner]
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily vegetarian meals in authentic Nagarathar style (breakfast, lunch, dinner as required)
- Prepare traditional dishes — sambar, kuzhambu, kootu, poriyal, appalam-based sides, festival specials
- Plan menus considering seasonal ingredients and family preferences
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and manage grocery/stock needs
- Handle special cooking for festivals/functions when needed
Requirements
- Proven experience cooking authentic vegetarian Nagarathar/Chettinad food
- Positive hygiene practices and time management
- Ability to cook for specified household size daily, with flexibility for guests/occasions
Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
