Job Overview

IPCS Global is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to handle student counselling, lead follow-ups, and admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents about suitable courses.
- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
- Generate, follow up, and convert leads into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain student/lead records and regular follow-ups.
- Support seminars, workshops, and branch marketing activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of EdTech experience is mandatory.
- Experience in academic counselling/admissions preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and able to work independently and in a team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
