Wizbang India is looking for an experienced Video Editor who understands short-form content, storytelling, pacing and digital marketing.

You'll be working on content for Wizbang and our clients across social media, advertising and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form content.
- Edit promotional and advertising videos for Meta and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging social media videos with strong pacing and storytelling.
- Add transitions, subtitles, sound effects, music and motion graphics where required.
- Edit footage from client shoots and transform raw footage into engaging content.
- Create different versions of videos for social media and advertising campaigns.
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across content.
- Work closely with graphic designers, content strategists and marketing teams.
- Handle revisions and client feedback.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Keep up with current short-form video trends and editing styles.

Requirements

- 2+ years of qualified video editing experience.
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of After Effects is an advantage.
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve/Figma/CapCut is a plus.




- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, transitions and sound design.
- Experience editing Reels/Shorts/social media content.
- Understanding of video formats and specifications for Meta, Instagram and YouTube.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Strong portfolio/showreel is required.

We don't need someone who simply knows how to cut clips.

We want an editor who understands why a video works — the hook, pacing, storytelling, retention and visual flow.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and portfolio.
