We are looking for an experienced Website Management Specialist who can own the end-to-end management of our WordPress website hosted on Hostinger while ensuring exceptional performance, security, SEO readiness, and continuous improvement.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled freelance website professional who can independently manage, maintain, optimize, and continuously enhance our corporate website. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with WordPress, Elementor, Hostinger hosting environment, website performance optimization, security, SEO implementation, and integrations with third-party tools.

This role is ideal for someone who thinks beyond website maintenance and proactively recommends improvements to enhance user experience, lead generation, search rankings, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities: Website Management

- Manage and maintain the company website on WordPress.
- Perform regular updates to plugins, themes, and WordPress core.
- Ensure zero downtime and optimal website performance.
- Monitor website uptime and proactively resolve issues.
- Maintain website backups and disaster recovery processes.

Website Development

- Build recent landing pages and service pages.
- Create responsive, mobile-first web pages.
- Implement UI/UX improvements.
- Develop custom page layouts using Elementor.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility.

Hostinger Administration

- Manage Hostinger hosting environment.
- Configure domains, SSL certificates, DNS records, and email routing.
- Optimize server performance.
- Manage staging environments.
- Monitor resource utilization and hosting performance.

Website Performance Optimization

- Improve Core Web Vitals.
- Optimize page speed and loading times.




- Implement image optimization.
- Configure caching and CDN.
- Improve mobile performance scores.

Technical SEO

- Implement on-page SEO best practices.
- Optimize metadata, schema markup, URLs, and internal linking.
- Fix crawl errors and broken links.
- Generate XML sitemaps.
- Manage robots.txt.
- Implement structured data.
- Work with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

Security

- Secure WordPress against vulnerabilities.
- Monitor malware threats.
- Implement firewall and security plugins.
- Conduct regular security audits.
- Manage SSL renewals.
- Ensure compliance with website security best practices.

Content Management

- Upload blogs and articles.
- Publish case studies and service pages.
- Optimize images and multimedia.
- Maintain website consistency.
- Ensure formatting and branding standards.

- Google Analytics
