We are looking for a skilled and dedicated CNC Press Brake Operator to join our Production / Fabrication team. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC Press Brake machines, bending sheet metal components as per engineering drawings, and ensuring quality and production requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Press Brake machines for sheet metal bending operations.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and bending specifications.
- Set up and operate the machine according to production requirements.
- Load bending programs and perform basic program adjustments as required.
- Select and install suitable punches, dies, and tooling.
- Check bending angles, dimensions, and component quality.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Measuring Scale, and Angle Gauge.
- Perform first-piece inspection and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily targets.
- Identify and report machine or tooling-related issues.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
- Follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
- Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams for smooth production.
Eligibility & Skills
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in CNC Press Brake operation preferred.
- Knowledge of sheet metal bending operations.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of bending angles, dimensions, and tooling.
- Experience in machine setting and program loading is an advantage.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Valuable teamwork, discipline, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
