Job Summary

The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, treasury and fund management across the organization and its real estate projects. The role will involve project finance, CMA data preparation, RERA-related financial requirements, project-wise reporting, P&L; and Balance Sheet analysis, and providing financial insights to support business planning and strategic decision-making. The candidate should have solid and recent experience in the Real Estate / Real Estate Development industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Reporting

- Manage financial planning and financial operations for the organization.
- Prepare and analyze P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements.
- Prepare project-wise financial reports and management MIS.
- Monitor financial performance, profitability and working capital.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting

- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts and business projections.
- Monitor actual vs. budget and conduct variance analysis.
- Prepare and monitor project-wise cash flow projections.




- Support management in financial planning and business decisions.

3. Project Finance & Fund Management

- Manage project finance and project-wise financial planning.
- Prepare CMA data and financial information required for project funding.
- Monitor project funding requirements, fund utilization and working capital.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loans and credit facilities.

4. Treasury & Banking

- Manage treasury operations, daily fund positions and cash flow.
- Plan fund allocation based on project and business requirements.
- Manage banking relationships and finance facilities.
- Monitor loan repayments, interest, collections and payments.

5. RERA & Compliance

- Handle financial requirements related to RERA and real estate projects.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and other stakeholders.
- Ensure timely financial/statutory reporting and compliance.
- Support GST, TDS, Income Tax and audit-related requirements.

6. Business Planning & Strategy

- Provide financial analysis and insights to Top Management.
- Support business planning, project feasibility and financial strategy.
- Identify cost-control opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
- Participate in business and project-level strategic decisions.
