Role Description This is a full-time, in office & off-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area and outside of Koljata Metropolitam area for a Sales Marketing Executive. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing plans, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting revenue growth in assigned territories and segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, meeting existing and prospective customers, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to close deals. The Sales Marketing Executive will also coordinate marketing activities, support promotional campaigns, maintain accurate records of leads and sales, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.



Regular reporting on market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance will be expected.Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and execute effective sales and promotion strategies.

Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Candidates should possess strong Sales skills to generate leads, convert opportunities, and build long-term customer relationships.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Relevant experience in industrial products, manufacturing, or B2B sales is beneficial.

Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area, including customer visits and field activities.

Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM tools) is advantageous.

A MBA degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.

Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and time management capabilities are highly valued.
