Telecalling Executive Femal – 33 Herbals
Responsibilities:
Attend incoming customer calls.
Call new leads from Facebook/Instagram.
Explain products, offers and pricing.
Follow up with customers through WhatsApp and calls.
Convert leads into orders.
Maintain customer/lead details in CRM.
Follow up for repeat orders.
Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Good Tamil communication; basic English preferred.
Good convincing and communication skills.
Basic computer, WhatsApp and CRM knowledge.
Freshers/ Exp with positive communication skills can apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
