Location: Nagal Jatt, Hodal, District Palwal, Haryana
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strong academic and administrative leadership to the school.
- Supervise and guide teachers, coordinators, and administrative staff.
- Ensure effective implementation of the school curriculum and academic policies.
- Monitor teaching quality, student performance, assessments, and academic progress.
- Maintain high standards of discipline, safety, and student welfare.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, classroom observations, and teacher performance reviews.
- Develop academic plans and initiatives for continuous school improvement.
- Maintain effective communication with students, parents, teachers, and school management.
- Support admissions, parent interactions, school events, and community engagement.
- Ensure proper maintenance of school records, documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable CBSE and educational requirements.




- Lead staff development and encourage innovative and student-focused teaching practices.
- Represent the school professionally in meetings and interactions with parents and external organizations.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Postgraduate degree with B.Ed. preferred/required as applicable to the position and regulatory norms.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in school education, preferably with experience in a Principal, Vice Principal, Head of School, Academic Coordinator, or similar leadership role.

The candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, academic planning, team management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Final salary will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, leadership capabilities, and interview performance.
