Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and organized Social Media Coordinator to manage social media activities for multiple client accounts.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content planning, client coordination, campaign execution, and team coordination. The candidate will work closely with designers, content writers, video editors, photographers, and the digital marketing team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies based on client objectives.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars for multiple client accounts.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, video editors, and photographers for content creation and delivery.
- Schedule, publish, and monitor content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with clients for content approvals, feedback, updates, and campaign requirements.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement,



and community interactions.
- Track social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and event coverage for social media content.
- Research social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
- Work with the digital marketing team on paid campaigns, promotional activities, and branding campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication, tone, and visual identity.
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure all deliverables are completed within deadlines.
- Maintain project timelines and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Workspace, and social media scheduling tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects,



and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of social media content and trends.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, photoshoots, video shoots, and events when required.
