RABS Manufacturing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Machine Maintenance In-Charge to take responsibility for the maintenance and reliable operation of our injection moulding machines and associated auxiliary equipment.

The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in industrial machine maintenance and preferably specific experience with injection moulding machines.

The role involves preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting and ensuring maximum machine availability with minimum unplanned downtime.

Responsibilities

- Take overall responsibility for maintenance activities related to injection moulding machines.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and control-related problems.
- Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
- Monitor machine performance and identify potential maintenance issues.
- Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out as planned.
- Maintain detailed machine maintenance and breakdown records.
- Monitor recurring breakdowns and identify root causes.
- Maintain critical spare parts and recommend spare requirements.
- Coordinate with external service engineers and machine suppliers when required.




- Assist in installation and commissioning of new machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Support maintenance of hydraulic systems, pumps, motors, heaters, sensors and other machine components.
- Monitor electrical and control systems associated with injection moulding machinery.
- Coordinate closely with Production to address machine-related production problems.
- Ensure maintenance work is carried out safely.
- Maintain proper documentation of repairs, maintenance activities and spare parts.
- Develop preventive measures to reduce machine downtime.
- Support machine modification and improvement activities where required.
- Ensure maintenance tools and equipment are properly maintained and available.

Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or relevant engineering discipline.
- 7–9 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience with injection moulding machines will be strongly preferred.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting experience.
- Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Understanding of industrial motors, pumps, heaters, sensors and control systems.
- Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose machine faults systematically.
- Good knowledge of maintenance planning and spare-parts management.
- Ability to work closely with production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving and practical troubleshooting skills.
