RABS Manufacturing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial documentation for our manufacturing operations.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, handling purchase and sales transactions, vendor and customer accounts, payments, bank reconciliation and statutory accounting requirements.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in accounting for a manufacturing or industrial organization and should be comfortable coordinating with vendors, customers, management and internal departments.

Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills and supporting documents.
- Manage vendor and customer ledger accounts.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices and payments.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
- Assist in monthly and periodic financial reporting.
- Handle GST-related accounting and documentation.




- Handle TDS-related accounting and documentation.
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors and consultants when required.
- Maintain purchase and expense records.
- Verify supporting documents for expenses and payments.
- Assist management with accounting information and reports.
- Ensure timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
- Support statutory compliance and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Production and Management for accounting-related information.

Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial company will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Practical knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Experience with accounting software/ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle routine accounting activities.
