Dadu Medical Centre is looking for a dynamic and result oriented Business Developer with a strong background in Dermatology / Aesthetic Healthcare.

Locations:- Vasant Vihar & Rajouri Garden, New Delhi

Department:-Business Development

Employment Type:- Full Time

All Sundays will be working and Work off will be on week days as per the company's requirement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities in the dermatology and aesthetic healthcare sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Dermatologists, Cosmetologists, Aesthetic Doctors, Clinics, Hospitals, Corporates, and Healthcare Professionals.

Generate patient referrals and develop a strong referral network.

Establish and manage doctor, clinic, hospital, corporate, and institutional tie ups.

Conduct regular market visits and meetings with potential business partners.

Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective partners.

Promote Dadu Medical Centre’s dermatology and aesthetic treatment offerings.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Maintain records of leads, referrals, partnerships, and business activities.





Coordinate with centre and medical teams for smooth execution of business initiatives.

Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.

Travel between Vasant Vihar, Rajouri Garden, and external partner locations as required.

Requirements

Mandatory:-Prior experience/background in Dermatology.

Experience in dermatology, aesthetic clinics, skincare, cosmetology, or related healthcare sectors.

Experience in business development, healthcare sales, doctor relations, or medical marketing will be preferred.

Strong knowledge of dermatology and aesthetic treatments.

Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Strong skilled network with doctors and healthcare professionals.

Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

Willingness to undertake field visits and business meetings.

Knowledge of the Delhi/NCR healthcare and dermatology market will be an advantage.
