We are looking for an experienced International Sales & Marketing Manager to drive export business, develop international markets and manage overseas B2B customers.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in International Sales / Export Sales / Business Development, with exposure to OEM customers and preferably the Rubber, Polymer, Plastic, Automotive or Manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new international markets and generate export business.
- Identify and acquire new overseas customers, OEMs and distributors.
- Manage existing international customer relationships.
- Handle the complete export sales cycle from lead generation to quotation, negotiation, order execution and after-sales coordination.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial negotiations for international customers.
- Coordinate with production, quality and logistics teams for timely order execution.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in international exhibitions, client meetings and overseas business visits.
- Maintain regular sales reports and monitor business development activities.
- Ensure proper coordination related to export documentation and international trade requirements.
Key Requirements
- 7–8 years of experience in International Sales / Export Sales / International Business Development.
- Strong experience in B2B International Sales.
- OEM handling experience is required.
- Experience in Rubber / Polymer / Plastic / Automotive / Manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in developing new international markets and acquiring overseas customers.
- Good knowledge of export procedures, documentation and international trade terms.
- Strong communication, negotiation and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and exhibitions.
- Candidates currently based in Bhayandar will be preferred.
Qualification
BE / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field.
