We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Executive – MIS & Business Analytics to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will manage information systems, build analytical dashboards, and translate raw data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting

- Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for senior management

- Automate recurring reports using Excel, SQL, or BI tools to improve efficiency

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all data outputs

- Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity across systems

*Business Analytics*

- Analyze business performance metrics across sales, operations, finance, and marketing

- Identify trends, variances, and anomalies and present findings with recommendations

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; analysis with data models

- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic and operational decisions

*Stakeholder Collaboration*





- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements

- Present reports and dashboards to business heads and leadership in a explicit, concise manner

- Act as a liaison between IT and business teams for data-related needs

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

2–4 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or a similar role

- Advanced proficiency in *Microsoft Excel* (pivot tables, macros, VBA)

- Hands-on experience with *SQL* for data extraction and querying

- Exposure to BI tools such as *Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik*

- Familiarity with *ERP systems* (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage

- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
