- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and implementing preventive measures.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise and guiding problem-solving approaches.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Development.
- Strong understanding of software troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysis.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools to streamline application support processes.
- Ability to work with monitoring and alerting systems to detect and respond to application issues promptly.
- Familiarity with version control systems and deployment automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining high system availability.
