Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Coordinate release management activities to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
- Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate application functionality and performance.
- Strong knowledge of testing frameworks and tools relevant to packaged and software as a service applications.
- Ability to integrate automated testing processes within continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with API testing and validation to ensure seamless integration between systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues identified during automated test cycles to maintain system reliability.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Automated Testing.

- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ location.
