The Hostel Warden will be responsible for supervising students in the hostel, maintaining discipline, monitoring daily routines, addressing student concerns, and ensuring a safe and positive residential environment.

The ideal candidate should be patient, responsible, approachable, and capable of handling students with discipline and care.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise students and ensure proper discipline within the hostel.
- Monitor students' daily routines, attendance, study hours, meals, and other hostel activities.
- Ensure students follow hostel rules, schedules, and organisational guidelines.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and disciplined hostel environment.
- Conduct regular hostel rounds and monitor student activities.
- Address students' day-to-day concerns and provide appropriate guidance.
- Report important student-related matters to the Hostel In-charge or management.
- Monitor student attendance and maintain necessary records.
- Ensure students follow proper sleeping, study, meal, and activity schedules.
- Coordinate with teachers, hostel staff, security, and management when required.
- Assist in handling emergencies and immediately report serious incidents.
- Maintain proper communication with concerned staff regarding student welfare.
- Support the organisation in maintaining discipline, values, and a positive residential environment.
- Ensure students' personal hygiene and general well-being are monitored.
- Supervise hostel activities during assigned shifts and ensure students remain in designated areas.
- Perform other hostel-related responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirements

- Any Degree – Pass is required.
- Age between 20 and 40 years.
- Freshers can apply; previous experience in hostel, school, residential campus, or student supervision will be an advantage.




- Should be responsible, disciplined, patient, and approachable.
- Should have the ability to manage and guide school students.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle students calmly and professionally.
- Willingness to work in a residential school environment.
- Ability to follow hostel schedules, rules, and organisational procedures.

Language Requirements

Candidates who can communicate in the following languages are preferred:

- Hindi
- English
- Telugu
