Scope of Work
1 Analyze and evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, relevance, and ethical
standards.
2 Develop and review data sets involving psychological case studies, assessments, and conversations
for AI system training.
3 Craft detailed written feedback and verbal insights to refine AI responses in contexts such as clinical
scenarios, research vignettes, and therapeutic dialogues.
4 Identify potential biases or inaccuracies within AI-generated outputs and propose evidence-based
improvements.
5 Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate psychological concepts and frameworks into AI
model training processes.
6 Ensure adherence to cultural, linguistic,



and clinical best practices for diverse user scenarios.
7 Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing resources that guide ongoing AI development.

Preferred Qualifications
1 Completed Ph.D in Psychology or MD with completed psychiatry residency.
2 Demonstrated ability to communicate complex psychological concepts clearly in both written and
verbal formats.
3 Experience in clinical practice, research, or higher education in psychology or psychiatry.
4 Robust analytical and evaluative skills to assess psychological data and narrative content.
5 Awareness of cultural sensitivity and ethical considerations in global mental health contexts.
6 Previous experience collaborating on interdisciplinary or technology-driven projects is a plus.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
