Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced *NPD Head* to lead end-to-end New Product Development activities, from customer requirements and feasibility to successful product launch and production handover.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end NPD projects from *RFQ to SOP*.

* Review customer drawings, specifications and conduct product/process feasibility.

* Lead *APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA and SPC* activities.

* Coordinate product development, tooling, fixtures, prototypes and trials.

* Manage *NPD timelines, milestones, costing and project status*.

* Coordinate with *Customer, Design, Tool Room, Production, Quality, Purchase and PPC* teams.





* Handle customer technical discussions, approvals and engineering changes (ECN).

* Ensure smooth transition of new products from development to mass production.

* Drive *cost reduction, VA/VE, process improvement and manufacturability*.

* Lead and develop the NPD team and ensure timely project completion.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of *Automotive NPD and APQP/PPAP*.

* Good understanding of *plastic injection moulding, tooling and assemblies*.

* Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.;

* Solid project management, problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

* Knowledge of *IATF 16949 and automotive customer requirements* preferred.

* Experience in OEM/Tier-1 automotive component industry preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
