Job Responsibilities:

- Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, equipment, and general maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel facilities.
- Attend to maintenance complaints and breakdowns promptly.
- Coordinate with external technicians and service providers when required.
- Maintain records of maintenance work, repairs, and equipment servicing.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel maintenance procedures.
- Monitor maintenance materials, tools, and spare parts.
- Support the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the property.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2–4 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle emergency maintenance situations and work adaptable shifts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
