Position: Hotel Receptionist – Front Office
Experience: Experienced candidates preferred
Duty: 12 Hours
Salary: Attractive Salary + Performance Incentives
Location: Kozhikode, Kerala
Responsibilities
- Guest check-in & check-out
- Handling reservations and enquiries
- Managing OTA / online bookings
- Guest communication and customer service
- Cash handling and daily front-office operations
- Maintaining proper records and reports
- Coordinating with housekeeping and management
