Job Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates for our Malayalam Voice Sales Process in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for speaking with customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, generating leads, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Malayalam.
- Explain products/services to customers clearly and effectively.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales.
- Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
- Update customer details in the CRM/system.




- Follow company sales processes and quality guidelines.
- Provide a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Eligibility & Skills

- Fluent Malayalam communication is mandatory.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Candidates with experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Customer Service, or Lead Generation will be preferred.
- Freshers with good Malayalam communication skills can also apply.
