About the Role

Adept Integrated Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for HVAC and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, vendor management, purchase order processing, delivery coordination, and cost optimization while ensuring quality and timely project execution.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or purchase
- Experience in the construction, MEP, or HVAC industry will be a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute procurement activities as per project schedules.
- Source, evaluate and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate the best commercial terms.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) with approved specifications and terms.
- Track material production, dispatch, and delivery to ensure timely availability at project sites.
- Coordinate with project, design, QA/QC, stores, and site teams for procurement requirements.
- Monitor vendor performance, delivery schedules, and quality compliance.
- Verify technical documents, test certificates, warranties, manuals, and compliance records.
- Coordinate inspections and resolve material quality issues with suppliers.
- Maintain procurement records including RFQs, quotations, POs,



invoices, and delivery documents.
- Support inventory control, cost optimization, and material planning.
- Prepare weekly and monthly procurement status reports.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and contractual requirements.
- Identify alternate suppliers and continuously improve procurement processes.
- Support ERP-based procurement and digital documentation systems.

Required Skills

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- ERP procurement software knowledge is an advantage
- Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
