Rezonest Digital & Services is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Pune.

Location: Pune

Internship Period: 3–6 Months

Stipend will be provide

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Assist in recruitment and sourcing candidates through various platforms.

* Screen resumes and coordinate with candidates for interviews.

* Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records.

* Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.

* Support day-to-day HR activities and documentation.

* Maintain and update employee and recruitment-related records.

* Coordinate with candidates and internal teams as required.

Requirements:

* Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration,



or a related field.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

* Willingness to learn and develop a career in HR.

Pre-Placement Prospect:

Based on your performance during the internship, a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) may be provided.
