HR Executive – Diagnostic Centre / Home Care
Location: Chennai
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 years in HR Recruitment / Healthcare Recruitment
Job Type: Full time
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit Phlebotomists, Home Care Nurses, Telecallers, Runners, and Field Staff.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, references, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews, selection, and joining formalities.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and basic HR activities.
- Coordinate with operations teams for manpower requirements and replacements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in Diagnostic Centres, Hospitals, Home Care, Healthcare, or Field Staff Recruitment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
