Job Title: Sales Executive – Interior & Construction

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our interior design,renovation, and construction services. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior and construction sector.
- Generate leads through networking, site visits, referrals, and digital inquiries.
- Meet potential clients to understand their interior design and construction requirements.
- Present company services, proposals, and project solutions to clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful projects.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare proposals,



and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions..
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Valid driving license preferred.
