Position Overview PranavX Labs is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to assist with legal research, regulatory compliance research, corporate documentation, and other legal activities relevant to the operations of an early-stage technology company. The internship is intended to provide practical exposure to corporate legal processes, regulatory requirements, legal documentation, and compliance-related matters within a technology startup environment. 2. Eligibility and Qualifications Candidates should meet the following requirements: - Currently pursuing an Integrated LL.B. programme, including B.A. LL.B., B.B.A. LL.B., or an equivalent programme. - Candidates preferably in or around the fifth semester. - Basic understanding of regulatory and corporate compliance. - Familiarity with the Companies Act, 2013. - Good legal research, analytical, and documentation skills. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and maintain organized records. - Willingness to learn and work on practical legal assignments. 3. Key Responsibilities The selected intern may be responsible for: - Conducting legal research on laws, rules, regulations, and regulatory requirements relevant to the company's activities. - Assisting with corporate and regulatory compliance research. - Researching relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. - Assisting in the preparation, review, organization, and maintenance of legal and corporate documentation.



- Identifying applicable compliance requirements and conducting preliminary research on their applicability. - Preparing research notes, summaries, and supporting documentation as assigned. - Maintaining organized records of legal research and documentation. - Supporting the team on other legally relevant research and documentation assignments during the internship. 4.
