Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Accounts Faculty / Accounting Trainer to join our academic team. The candidate should have strong practical and theoretical knowledge of accounting, taxation, and accounting software, along with the ability to deliver effective classroom and practical training.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theoretical and practical classes on Accounting and related subjects.
- Explain accounting concepts clearly using practical and real-world examples.
- Provide hands-on training in accounting software and applications.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students through practical accounting exercises and projects.
- Monitor student performance and provide appropriate feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and student engagement.
- Support academic activities, curriculum development, and student mentoring.

Required Technical Knowledge (Preferred)

The candidate should have valuable working knowledge of relevant accounting and taxation topics, including:

- SAP FICO & SAP MM
- Tally / Tally Prime
- GST
- Zoho Books
- Peachtree
- QuickBooks
- UAE VAT
- MS Excel
- Income Tax
- TDS




- Other relevant accounting, taxation, and financial management topics.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, Teaching, Training, or Professional Practice.
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of accounting and financial concepts.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software and taxation-related processes.
- Good knowledge of Indian taxation, including GST, Income Tax, and TDS.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex accounting concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Ability to effectively handle students and maintain classroom engagement.
- Relevant qualification in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
