Shift Manager – Retail Shop

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Shift Manager to join our shop team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the shop during assigned shifts
- Handle day-to-day store operations
- Coordinate and guide staff members
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor stock and maintain store standards
- Handle cash/billing-related activities when required
- Resolve customer and staff issues professionally
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and running smoothly

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail/store management is preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a team and handle responsibilities independently
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Willingness to work in shifts
