Injection Moulding Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Machine Operator with hands-on experience in Vertical Injection Moulding Machines and TPU material processing. The candidate will be responsible for machine operation, production quality, mould changeover, and maintaining smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilitie2s

- Operate and monitor Vertical Injection Moulding Machines efficiently.
- Handle TPU material processing and ensure proper material preparation.
- Set and adjust machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, injection speed, and cycle time.
- Perform mould loading, unloading, and basic mould changeover activities.
- Monitor production cycles and ensure products meet required specifications.




- Identify and troubleshoot basic machine and mould-related issues.
- Maintain proper production records and machine operating reports.
- Follow all safety procedures and factory rules.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Minimize material wastage and machine downtime.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Hands-on experience in Vertical Injection Moulding Machines.
- Practical knowledge of TPU material processing.
- Knowledge of injection moulding machine settings and parameters.
- Ability to identify common moulding defects and take corrective action.

Preferred Experience

Experience in manufacturing products/components using TPU through vertical injection moulding machines will be preferred.

Salary

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
