Key Responsibilities

- Conduct swimming lessons as per the Michael Phelps Swimming Program curriculum across assigned batches
- Assess recent students, assign appropriate levels, and track progression through the level system
- Maintain in-water safety at all times — active supervision, correct student-to-coach ratios, no unattended students
- Supervise assigned changing room and shower areas as per the centre's safeguarding roster; ensure member privacy protocols are followed
- Provide poolside assistance to young children entering and exiting the pool
- Maintain daily attendance, progress records, and level assessments in the company CRM
- Communicate with parents on student progress, batch timings, and level advancement
- Support the Head Coach with batch scheduling, trial sessions, and level tests
- Participate in monthly safety drills,



CPR refreshers, and curriculum training
- Report incidents, near-misses, and any safeguarding concern immediately to the Head Coach

Shift & Schedule

- 8-hour rotational shifts, 6 days a week
- Early morning and evening batches
- Weekend availability required
