About the Role

We are looking for a Video Editor Intern who is creative, detail-oriented, and interested in creating engaging video content for digital platforms.

This is an on-site, office-based role with real business exposure and hands-on learning. The intern will work closely with the content and marketing team to create videos that support brand communication, social media, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media and digital platforms.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and other marketing content.
- Add captions, transitions, music, sound effects, graphics, and basic animations.
- Understand creative briefs and convert raw footage into engaging final videos.
- Maintain consistency in video quality, branding, style, and messaging.
- Work with the content and marketing team to develop new video concepts and formats.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple short-form video assets.




- Research current social-media video trends and editing styles.
- Make revisions based on feedback and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Organize and maintain video files, project files, and creative assets.

Eligibility & Educational Background

This internship is open to students or recent graduates from the following backgrounds:

- Bachelor's degree / diploma in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Film, Animation, Visual Communication, Design, or related fields.
- Students from any educational background with strong video-editing skills and a good portfolio are also welcome.
- Freshers and candidates looking to build professional experience in video editing are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing.
- Good understanding of video pacing, storytelling, transitions, music, and visual composition.
- Comfort working with digital content and creative tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency.
- Ability to understand creative requirements and work on feedback.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn recent editing techniques and tools.

Working knowledge of any of the following is preferred:

- Adobe Premiere Pro




- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- CapCut
- Canva or similar creative tools

Not Mandatory, but Great to Have

- Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or other short-form content.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Experience with color correction and audio editing.
- Understanding of social-media content trends.
- Basic knowledge of thumbnails and graphic design.
- Experience using AI-powered video or creative tools.
- Experience creating content for business, marketing, or personal brands.
- Existing video-editing portfolio, showreel, or sample projects.
