We are looking for a Growth Marketing Strategist to develop and execute data-driven strategies that drive business growth, increase customer acquisition, improve engagement, and strengthen overall brand performance.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, market research, analytics, and growth strategies, with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Plan and execute growth campaigns across digital marketing channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and other teams to achieve growth targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign and business performance.
- Use data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize growth initiatives.
- Develop and test new strategies, campaigns, and customer acquisition channels.
- Track customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve conversion and retention.




- Prepare regular reports on growth initiatives, performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging marketing channels, and growth techniques.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize strategies based on performance data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 6 months –1 years of experience in growth strategy, digital marketing, performance marketing, BA or a related role.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEO, social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and content marketing.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
