Designation: Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) System Administrator - BIOVIA Or Revvity Signals.

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in administering, configuring, and supporting ELN platforms such as BIOVIA ELN, preferably within GxP-regulated Life Sciences environments. The candidate should have practical experience in user and access management, system validation (CSV), regulatory compliance, troubleshooting, upgrades, release management, and integration with laboratory systems such as LIMS. Experience with Revvity Signals is also relevant to the requirement.

Work Location: Remote / Work from Home (India) - Working in collaboration with ITSoli US Service Delivery Team, supporting US Biopharmaceutical clients.

Work Timing: Work schedule can be split into 4 hours PM (IST) and 4 hours AM (PST) working hours once KT (Knowledge Transfer) days are completed for new Joiners – During KT Period (i.e., 3 months) work schedule will be complete US (PST) working hours.

Job Role: The ELN System Administrator will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, support, configuration,



validation, and continuous improvement of Electronic Laboratory Notebook platforms within a highly regulated Life Sciences setting. The individual will ensure system availability, data integrity, security, user access, regulatory compliance, and effective support for scientific workflows. The role will work closely with R&D;, Quality/QA, IT, Validation, and other business stakeholders to deliver reliable ELN services and support digital laboratory initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and support ELN platforms, including system configuration, user management, roles, and access control.
- Ensure GxP compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and applicable internal standards.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for ELN incidents, service requests, troubleshooting, and problem management.
- Support Computer System Validation (CSV) activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ documentation and execution.
- Manage ELN upgrades, patches, releases, and enhancements in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and health, and perform troubleshooting/performance tuning as required.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security controls to maintain appropriate access and data security.
- Support ELN integrations with LIMS and other laboratory/enterprise systems where applicable.
- Maintain SOPs, validation records, technical documentation, and audit-ready documentation.
- Collaborate with R&D;, Quality, IT, Validation, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement ELN improvements.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with ELN platforms,



particularly BIOVIA Or Revvity Signals.
- Strong understanding of GxP regulations and compliance, including FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11.
- Hands-on experience in Computer System Validation (CSV), including IQ/OQ/PQ activities and documentation.
- Strong system administration expertise, including system configuration, user access management, roles, permissions, and security practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with experience in L2/L3 support and ELN incident management.

Desired Skills:

- LIMS and Laboratory System Integration – Experience integrating ELN with LIMS and other laboratory/enterprise systems.
- Cloud & SaaS ELN Platforms – Exposure to AWS/Azure and cloud-based or SaaS ELN solutions.
- SDLC, Agile & DevOps – Good understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Data Migration & API Integration – Experience in data migration, system integration, and API-based connectivity.
- Scientific R&D; Workflows – Understanding of scientific workflows and laboratory processes within R&D; environments.
