Role Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow Platform Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, customization, automation, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Work on ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, and notifications.
- Build workflows and automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.
- Work with Import Sets, Transform Maps, MID Server, and data migration.
- Troubleshoot platform, integration, and production issues.
- Follow ServiceNow development and coding best practices.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.




- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs.
- Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and ITSM.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Positive understanding of ServiceNow tables, data model, roles, and security.

Preferred

- ServiceNow CSA / CAD certification.
- Experience with CMDB, ITOM, SecOps, HRSD, or CSM.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and ATF.
