- Quoting and submitting pre - post event / project cost
- Assessing & selecting a panel of venders
- Cost control and negotiating with the vendors
- Checking quality control of event
- Maintaining the Brand equity of the company
- Cost & Inventory Control to increase the event/ project profitability
- Project Checklist
- Documentation of ( Pre - post event / project P& L and P/O to suppliers )
- Relationship with the supplier
- Fixing terms of payment of the vendors
- Secure all vender bills & expenses
- On site operaton management
