· Cold Calling - going door to door to sell Internet offers to the new customers in residential areas assigned
· Focusing on sales
· Explaining processes of the sales orders signed, connection dates, and other related information during signups.
· Capture/take all the details correctly of customers whilst sign up into the iPad provided. Communicate clear and concise information to customer regarding terms and conditions changes and services after signing up.
· Sales of telecommunication and internet, products and services or any other products via door to door to residential customers, introduced by company time to time.
· Informing about Internet products and services properly to the customers.
· Answer any product related queries of the customers.
· Record all the interactions on door knocking app, the houses that are knocked on daily basis as well as sales done using iPad.
Six days-Tuesday to Sunday. Weekends are must
Tuesday to Friday – 1PM to 7.30 PM
Saturday and Sunday – 11 to 7.30 PM
Skills and requirements:
Be available on weekends - Saturday and Sunday
- Travelling is required for this role and door to door salesperson will be required to work in different regions on the weekend as required by the business
- Door knocking agent will be working typically within the Auckland region as their primary work location for 4 days , and out of Auckland on weekends for 2 days ,and may require covering Waikato or Bay of plenty region as per the business need.
- Transport and accommodation will be provided by the company.
- Company Ipad will also be provided.
- Confident and outgoing friendly communicator. - valuable communication skills
- Can do attitude and pet friendly, not afraid of dogs
- Sales experience would be an advantage but not essential
- Full Training provided
- No drivers licence is required.
- Energetic, Enthusiastic and highly motivated
- Physically fit.
- No criminal convictions.
