Performance Marketer

Location: New Delhi | Work Mode: On-site

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns.

- Manage budgets and improve ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, and conversions.

- Develop customer acquisition, retargeting, and remarketing strategies.

- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and ad copies.

- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

- Collaborate with creative and e-commerce teams to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

- 4+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.

- D2C/E-commerce experience mandatory.

- Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads.

- Experience managing and scaling paid advertising budgets.

- Good understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.

- Experience with Shopify & GA4 is preferred.

- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
