Job Summary

Aminia Restaurant is looking for an In-House Customer Service Executive to handle online food orders, assist customers, and support sales through phone and digital order channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and process online food orders accurately.
- Handle customer calls and order-related queries.
- Assist customers with menu and order information.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert them into orders.
- Promote relevant food items and offers to increase sales.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team for smooth order processing.
- Maintain good customer service and ensure a positive ordering experience.
- Achieve assigned sales and order targets.
- Record order details and provide necessary updates to the concerned team.





Requirements

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with online ordering systems.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, telesales, food delivery, restaurant or online order handling will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
