Aswani & Sons is looking for an experienced Fashion Retail & Store Operations Manager who understands women's fashion, has excellent communication skills and can take ownership of the day-to-day functioning of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries, complaints and customer relationships
- Supervise and coordinate with the sales team
- Act as the key point of contact between the owner and sales staff
- Understand customer preferences and provide feedback on products, colours, sizes and trends
- Assist customers with outfit selection and styling
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations
- Share regular sales, customer and product insights with the owner

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in fashion/retail
- Excellent Hindi & English communication skills
- Strong understanding of women's ethnic and occasion wear




- Experience in customer handling and complaint resolution
- Good understanding of fashion trends and customer behavior
- Proactive, organised and responsible
- Professional and presentable personality

Experience in women's ethnic wear, bridal fashion, boutiques or fashion retail will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
