Job Summary

Sky Direct Travel is hiring a B2B Sales Specialist to grow our network of travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients and travel trade partners.

The role will primarily focus on B2B sales and business development for our Exhibition Travel, MICE and international travel services.

Responsibilities

- Acquire new B2B clients and travel trade partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators and corporate clients.
- Generate leads through calls, meetings, networking, WhatsApp and email.
- Promote Exhibition Travel, MICE and international travel services.
- Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into business.
- Prepare quotations and B2B proposals.
- Negotiate with clients and close sales.
- Generate repeat business from existing partners.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and follow-up records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and other internal teams.
- Attend travel exhibitions,



trade events and networking meetings.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Travel industry experience preferred.
- Experience dealing with travel agents, tour operators or corporate clients is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with outbound sales and client meetings.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of MICE, exhibition travel or international travel is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Upto ₹65,000,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Performance incentives will be based on sales and business generation.
