Position Summary

InspiraDx Health Solutions LLP is looking for a qualified and patient-friendly Phlebotomist to join our diagnostic team. The role involves sample collection along with basic administrative and customer-handling responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Phlebotomy & Sample Handling

Perform venipuncture and blood sample collection following standard protocols
Proper labeling, handling, and storage of samples

- Ensure infection control and patient safety standards
- Coordinate with labs for timely dispatch of samples
- Customer Handling
- Attend patients politely and explain test procedures
- Handle walk-in patient queries and basic counselling
- Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and collection centers
- Administrative & Documentation Work
- Maintain patient records and test details accurately
- Prepare reports, receipts, and basic documentation




- Data entry and record maintenance using MS Excel
- Assist in billing, sample tracking, and daily registers

Required Qualifications

- DMLT / BSc MLT / Certified Phlebotomy course
- Minimum 1–2 years experience preferred (freshers with good skills may apply)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
- Valuable communication skills (Malayalam required; English preferred)

Preferred Skills

- Candidates residing in or around Kozhikode
- Experience working in diagnostic labs or hospitals
- Basic knowledge of NABL / lab quality practices (added advantage)
- Organized, responsible, and patient-focused attitude
